Calculator/Work planner

Experience or no experience? It does not matter at all, this vacancy is interesting for a starter, experienced or very experienced calculator/work planner. So young or old, we do not exclude anyone.
Preferably, you have completed a MBO-4 education in the field of construction engineering.
Preferably available for 32 to 40 hours.
You have the 'real' work planner qualities, i.e. you are analytically strong and organising and planning is second nature to you!
Some knowledge of Autocad, calculation methods and building regulations.

Organisational and departmental description

The main focus of our client's activities is new and project construction. As remodelling and maintenance projects are also done, an all-round calculator/work planner is preferred. Job information

Analysing construction plans and specifications to determine materials, labour and costs required.
Performing costing calculations and preparing detailed budgets.
Working with external suppliers to gather relevant information and incorporate it into the calculations.
Identify and manage risks and opportunities in the projects.
Contribute to optimising working methods and processes within our team.
Devise solutions for fixtures, installations, or structures based on specifications.
Providing executives with technical support.
Archiving drawings and project data.
