BVB bouwsupport is a temporary employment agency that is active in the mediation of carpenters. Together with our sister companies Multiselect Bouw & Infra, Multiselect Techniek and Novesta, we fall under Rijnland BV. You are part of the central back office team and together we remunerate about 500 employees a year.As an employee Sales Support / Administration Back Office, supporting the commercial process is your core task, with the aim of correctly recording commercial agreements and correct salary processing for carpenters. BVB bouwsupport is a young enthusiastic organisation employing four consultants. The central back office currently consists of six employees, two of whom work specifically for BVB bouwsupport. So you will be part of two well-run teams. After a thorough training period, your duties will include

  • Processing and updating placements in our fully digital system (Easyflex)
  • Generating and checking contracts, keeping files up-to-date
  • Performing full and correct weekly payroll processing
  • Answering questions from employees/relations by phone and e-mail
  • Identifying and processing changes in collective labour agreements and legislation and regulations

BVB bouwsupport works mainly with the Collective Labour Agreement for Construction & Infra. You are a point of contact for clients and employees regarding questions about salary processing, invoices and collective labour agreements. We are flexible and we expect the same from you. Good contact with your colleagues is important; colleagues work at different locations. The main location is Assen, but we do ask that you can also be deployed at other locations in the region.
