Effective immediately, we are looking for an experienced carpenter for a large-scale renovation in Bedum. What exactly does that entail? You will work as part of a team and will be assigned your own tasks, such as fitting kitchen units or hanging doors. Other work such as making coves, panelling ceilings and fitting skylights may also be part of the job.

As a team, you will ensure that the house is almost like new when you leave it. Together with other subcontractors, you preserve and renovate the houses.

Tenants are often present, so we ask you to have a neat work attitude and to deal with the residents correctly.

Offer

The position is for 40 hours a week, but a 32-hour week is negotiable. In addition, we apply the remuneration scheme in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for the Construction Industry, which means that we will register you directly with the construction pension fund, and you are entitled to 25 days' holiday and 20 days' ADV.

A good hourly wage, appropriate to the nature of the work and your experience, goes without saying.

Job requirements

• Experience as a carpenter 1
• Experience in carpentry on large-scale renovations
• Diploma Basic Safety VCA
• Driving license B
• You are an enthusiastic colleague who can work well independently
